Working Principle:
The return spring pushes the shoulder of the release bearing against the release fork, maintaining a 3-4mm gap with the end of the release lever.
When the clutch pedal is depressed, the release bearing pushes the release lever, causing the clutch pressure plate to separate from the flywheel and disconnecting power transmission. When the pedal is released, the return spring pulls the release bearing back, allowing the clutch pressure plate to reengage with the flywheel and restore power transmission.
Function:
It allows the separation lever to rotate while moving axially along the clutch output shaft, coordinating the movement between the clutch pressure plate, separation lever, and separation fork.
