What are the selection tips for bearing grease

Anti-rust performance

The grease used in bearings must have anti-rust effects, and the anti-rust agent is preferably insoluble in water. The grease should have good adhesion and be able to form an oil film on the surface of the steel.

Mechanical stability

Grease softens during mechanical processing, leading to leakage. During normal operation, grease will be flung from the bearing housing into the bearing. If the mechanical stability of the grease is insufficient, during operation, the structure of the soap in the grease will undergo mechanical disintegration, causing the grease to be damaged and thus losing its lubricating effect.
