Auto Clutch Release Bearing 5196701

                1. Adopting high quality rolling elements and grease, it can keep low friction and reduce noise and vibration during operation.
2. Adopting high-strength materials and special heat treatment process, it can withstand high temperature and load, and adapt to various complex working conditions.
3. The use of advanced materials and manufacturing process, long service life, reducing the frequency of replacement.
Auto Clutch Release Bearing 5196701, as a clutch release bearing, is a key component in the manual transmission system of an automobile, and its main function is to push the release lever when the clutch pedal is pressed down, so as to separate the clutch pressure plate from the flywheel, thus interrupting the power transmission between the engine and the transmission.

Principle of operation
- Static State: - The clearance between the clutch release bearing and the release lever is maintained at a certain level, the clutch pressure plate is pressed tightly on the clutch disc, and the power is transmitted normally.
- Depressing Pedal: - When the driver depresses the clutch pedal, the release bearing moves forward to eliminate the clearance between it and the release lever, and pushes the release lever.
- Separation Action: - The release lever pushes the clutch pressure disc, separating it from the flywheel and interrupting power transmission.
- Release Pedal: - Release the clutch pedal, the release bearing returns, the clutch pressure disc represses the clutch disc, and power transmission is resumed
