Performance comparison between single-row ball bearings and double-row ball bearings

2025/08/30 16:33

The structure of single-row deep groove ball bearings is relatively simple, with only deep grooves on one side of the rolling elements (balls) and cage. This structure enables single-row ball bearings to have low friction and heat generation during high-speed operation, making them particularly suitable for low-load, high-speed operation applications.

Double-row deep groove ball bearings have deep grooves and rolling elements on both sides, thus having a stronger load-carrying capacity. This structure enables double-row ball bearings to withstand higher radial loads and is suitable for low-speed or medium-speed operation and high-load applications.
